Central Kitchen Equipment — Vegetable & Fruit Washing/Cutting, Fresh Meat Cutting

A central kitchen is a form of food-service manufacturing: it can supply 20,000+ meal portions within a single meal service, deliver ready-to-serve meals to two or more dining locations simultaneously, or produce pre-prepared ingredients that only require simple reheating. Switching to central-kitchen distribution typically saves around 30% in costs compared with traditional delivery models.

Our client's central kitchen serves 20,000+ meals every day. Zhiwei Machinery delivered a complete central-kitchen equipment package for this project, including meat cutters, vegetable cutters, a vegetable washing line, and packaging machines.

Zhiwei Machinery equips your central kitchen with professional, efficient, standardized and intelligent processing equipment — helping you save money and gain peace of mind.

Pre-cut vegetables refer to fresh vegetables processed through sorting, trimming (peeling, root removal, etc.), washing, cutting and packaging. With an edible rate close to 100%, they meet sanitary standards for direct cooking or raw consumption, featuring freshness, convenience, hygiene and well-preserved nutrition.

As the food processing and catering industries continue to mature, the food machinery market is flooded with products of uneven quality. How to select reliable, satisfying equipment? Zhiwei Machinery is your ideal partner.
